Groups of 5-9 receive 15% off the standard registration fee when registering with the “grouprate” Discount Code. Groups of 10 or more receive 20% off the standard registration fee when registering with the “grouprateplus” Discount Code.
Refunds may be issued, minus a $250 processing fee, if cancellation request is received on or before 60 days prior to the Summit start date. If cancellation is received within 30 to 60 days of the Summit date a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available within 30 days of the Summit start date. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.
Please note: When booking travel, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. Refunds will not be granted for delays or cancellations due to weather, flight delays/cancellations, personal or professional emergencies, or other acts of God or other related events beyond the control of the organization.
